Piaget has been releasing a  Limited Edition Altiplano inspired by the Chinese zodiac annually since 2012. To commemorate the Year of the Rat, this year’s Chinese New Year edition features a pair of white mice created in cloisonné “Grand Feu” enamel by artist Anita Porchet against a light grey dial on this 38mm timepiece with a black alligator strap. Encased in white gold with 78 brilliant-cut diamonds, the ultra-thin Altiplano is powered by the equally thin Manufacture Piaget 430 hand wound mechanical calibre. Certainly no lab rats here – Only 38 of these numbered pieces are available globally, truly making them collectors’ pieces!
