Cartier Rêves de Panthères

The new Cartier Rêves de Panthères Watch comes with the self-winding Calibre 9916 MC, a diurnal/nocturnal (Day &  Night) complication in shades of sapphire and decked in diamond brilliance. Speaking visually to the wearer, the Rêves de Panthères hosts a pack of the Maison’s signature feline creature for the first time.

Interestingly enough, I quite like the way the centre Panther lilts over to the right in a quiet conversation with the other feline as the black-enamelled pack gaze into the sky, be it day or night.

Water resistant of up to 3 bars (30m), this 42mm rhodium-finished, 18 karat white gold set in brilliant diamond casing, comes with a dark blue alligator strap. Deep blue as the night sky and twinkling with diamonds like the stars, this is one timepiece that is definitely on my wishlist!
