This Privacy Policy is part of, and governed by, the terms and conditions stated above, and also works in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, hereinafter referred to as PDPA 2010 .

1. Updates to this Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy may be modified or revised periodically. You will be notified of material changes to this Privacy policy by posting the amended terms on Bag Addicts Anonymous at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the changes, and posting a notice on our website announcing the forthcoming changes. In any such case, you will be notified before you are required to submit your information, and in submitting your personal information provided when participating in such giveaways and contests, you hereby provide your consent for us to share this information with our co-costs and/or sponsors.

(ii) Employees, Third-Party Processors and Third-Party Service Providers. We will disclose your information to our employees, contractors, affiliates, distributors, dealers, vendors and suppliers (“Service Providers”) who provide certain services to us or on our behalf, such as operating and supporting Bag Addicts Anonymous, analyzing data, or performing marketing or consulting services.
