Coach Valentine’s Collection
With Valentine’s Day just a few weeks away, here’s one of the few ways to tell (and show!) the girl of your dreams that you love her. Pretty in Pink and Red, the Valentine’s Day collection comprises bags as well as small accessories, so there’s something for everyone.
Truth be told, I’m not really a Coach fan, but I find the hearts and scribble-typed print really cute on this Poppy Coated Canvas Tote. It’s fun, flirtatious and perfect bag that’s roomy enough for the college-going gal. Retail price: RM 950
If you want something understated, then these wallets and small accessories (shown below) will do the trick. The small pouch could work as a card case or coin purse too! It’s really up to you to improvise. The Waverly range – the 2 beige ones with the Coach’s new pastel heart logo pattern – and the heart-shaped logo-stamped hardware was inspired by heart-shaped Valentine’s Day candy … you know the pastel pink and yellow candy hearts that have words like “Love You”, “Eat Me”, “Kiss Me” on them; and if you remember, the candy that Claire Danes consumed as Juliet inRomeo & Juliet starring Leo DiCaprio.

These, on the other hand, are more youthful. By now I’m sure you all know that I’m a fan of bow details. The other thing that I DO like is hearts. I like the heart-shaped coin purse, but would prefer it even more if it wasn’t monogrammed (yes, me and my no-monogram mantra!)

As for this crystal-embellished Coach Hearts Poppy Large “Highlight” it’s a little too loud for me, but if you like it, it retails at RM 2,400, which, in my opinion, is rather pricey for a Coach bag.
