Men’s Fashion Week: Hermès Fall/Winter 2013 BAGS!

The Verdict: At all Hermès runway shows, the focus has always been more on the ready-to-wear than  leather goods because the brand has always relied on its tried and tested Classics when it comes to bags because they’ve all become icons in their own right. And the Men’s Fall/Winter 2013 runway show was no exception because only a total of 3 bags were seen coming down the runway: one was the Polochon  in a bigger size (the one one with the bolster-esque silhouette), another bag resembling a toolbag (read toolBAG not the Hermès toolbox), and lastly, a rectangular, slightly boxy tote, which, again, like the bags on the Vuitton and Burberry Fall/Winter 13 runways, could very well work for us girls too. Sure the grey tote might be a little too blah for some of us,  the grey canvas version with the red accents would be my choice.
