Dior Homme x Francois Bard For Summer 2018

As you all know, this is Kris Van Assche’s second last collection for Dior Homme after 11 years at the Creative Helm, so if you want in on this, then you’d better snap this up. Dior Homme has collaborated with French painter Francois Bard on a capsule collection of men’s Ready-to-Wear, bags, and accessories.

The dedicated capsule features the artist’s oil paintings of hooded figures mish-mashed into a collage along with dark orchids with a colour palette comprising cyan, yellow, vermillion, burgundy, camel, and sky blue. By now, ya’ll already know that I love my pops of colour, so that’s a “yay” for me, but despite the vibrant hues used, I still find the hooded figures a little haunting, but maybe that’s just me.
