Dior Homme Summer 2018 Ad Campaign

Kriss Van Assche’s 10th Anniversary as Artistic Director at Dior Homme! To commemorate this milestone, he celebrates the atelier’s craftsmanship at 3, Rue de Marignan, and uses it as an exploration of youth and young manhood.

Photographed by David Sims and styled by Mauricio Nardi, the Summer 2018 campaign is a juxtaposition between younger and older masculinity, featuring portraits of Neil Tennant and Chris Loew of the Pet Shop Boys, young American actor Charlie Plummer, and new faces Andreas Wolf, Henry Aursch, and Anton Jaeger.

Floral motifs and long-stemmed Dior roses feature prominently in the collection alongside more tailored looks like the “Bar-Jacket Suit”, or shorts, paired with sneakers. The Summer 2018 collection also features an exclusive collaboration with French artist François Bard, whose oil paintings feature prominently on the garments and accessories.
