Piaget’s “Manchette Story” High Jewellery Collection
One of Piaget‘s signatures are its cuff bracelets and watches, and a legacy of the 21st century collection. And, what better way to celebrate one of their key design features, than to come up with an entire line that pays homage to it? This is precisely what the Maison did in the 1960s, by reinventing the Manchette (pronounced “mon-shet”), which literally means “cuff” in French.
This year, Piaget introduces a new High Jewellery collection, Manchette Story. The jewel remains at the centre of attention in this Capsule, surrounded by a sunburst motif of smaller gemstones and jewels that seem to form beams, encapsulating the “Sunny Side of Life” spirit that reflects a positive aura – the concept that served as inspiration behind this collection. From Ceylon blue sapphires to Tanzanian red spinels, this epitomises glamour of the Piaget universe.
