Yesterday, I attended Bulgari’s High Jewellery Media Preview and Luncheon, held at the Westin’s Chairman Suite. Here, we got to see the latest fine jewellery collections up close as we feasted on yummy Italian cuisine and sipped on champagne while the harpist serenaded us with a mix of popular melodies and familiar Classical pieces, resulting in a glamorous and tasteful high-society event. Oh, but there was something fun for us too – we got to create our own shortbread cookie designs with icing sugar too!

Anyway, feast your eyes because I’m going to let the jewellery speak for itself!

The necklace is adjustable, and you can wear it at any length, just by adjusting the snake-head clasp.

The “hidden watch”, Flip open the top of the snake’s head to reveal a watch. Push it back down, and it becomes a bracelet.

Serpenti evening clutch in Shagreen

As for the bags, there were 2 special pieces that Bulgari brought in for this press day, the Serpenti with Malachite eyes in Mink at an affordable €4,000 (approx MYR 16,000), and we were the first in Asia to preview this luxurious piece! The brass and enamel box clutch in the classic shape  with the Serpenti clasp was my favourite, and retails at MYR 18,000++)
