On April 1 2016, the new relocated Cartier boutique on Level 3 at Pavilion KL first opened its doors at this spanking new location. A year later,  on April 1 2017, the Maison doubled its luxe appeal when it took up another level, and transformed the store into a duplex, at the very same venue.

The new store is flanked by a 3-storey street facing façade LED measuring 14.3 metres in height right at beside the newly built Bukit Bintang entrance,

With both levels of the store split into various salons within the expansive boutique, it feels more like a cozy home, and presents itself as a warm and welcoming environment in which you can take your time, and try on anything that your heart desires, without feeling rushed.

Upon entry on Level 3, you’d be greeted by the Jewellery Salon, where you’ll find the diamonds and gemstones winking at you from their display cases, and the custom-designed chandelier sure adds to the sparkle factor, making the jewels even more enticing. But hey, after all,  diamonds are a girl’s best friend right? 😉

Walk a little further inside past the jewellery salon, and you’d find yourself in the Watches Salon, where you can find iconic Cartier timepieces such as the Tank, Santos, Ballon Bleu, the Jewellery and special novelty watches, as well as the latest Drive de Cartier, and Panthere de Cartier, which were recently launched at this year’s Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH).

And located right at the back, is the exclusive High Jewellery Salon. And trust me, this is really monumental, because the Cartier boutique in Pavilion KL is the ONLY boutique in Southeast Asia to have an independent High Jewellery Salon.

And right at the heart of this salon, is the special VIP Salon, where you can make special jewellery orders. Consider it your very own private abode within the store.

Take the grand carpeted marble staircase with fine bronze detailing and ruby crystal balls flanked by a corridor of framed photos depicting the Maison’s heritage iconography  down to Level 2, and you’d be greeted by the Leather Goods Salon, the home of the classic Cartier bags and SLGs, as well as the latest C de Cartier collection, which now, also comes in a mini size!  Oh and there are also the Men’s leather goods,  and accessories, including belts, eyewear, and fragrances.

Walk back out towards the front of the store and you’d be in yet another salon of diamonds, along with yet another VIP salon nestled within the area.

Also exclusive to the duplex boutique, is the sole Client Service Counter in Malaysia, where you can bring in your Cartier timepieces and jewellery for re-sizing, polishing, maintenance, and restoration services, and you wouldn’t have to wait a couple of weeks or months before you get your watches back, unlike previously!
