300 special attendees including celebs, bloggers and the fashion glitterati braved the ice storms to head over to Karl Lagerfeld’s Paris-Dallas Metiers d’Art presentation. Everyone was treated to a premiere of Karl’s latest movie The Return, a film on Coco Chanel where they cosied up in classic vintage cars in an old school Drive-In movies setting to watch the film starring Geraldine Chaplin as Coco Chanel, Rupert Everett, Anna Mouglalis, Lady Amanda Harlech, Sam McKnight, Arielle Dombasle, Kati Nescher and Vincent Darré.

Set in December 1953, this full length short film (25 mins) is a tale about Coco Chanel’s return to the fashion world by reopening her Haute Couture Maison after a 15 year hiatus – a period that is said to have shaped the legend of Coco herself.
