Gucci x Unskilled Worker Capsule Collection

Alessandro Michele taps yet another young artist for a collaboration with Gucci, and this time, its a British lady, Helen Downie, better known as Unskilled Worker. This is actually the second time the House is working with the artist, the first being the No Longer/Not Yet art exhibition entitled held in Shanghai’s Minsheng Art Museum in October 2015, after Michele discovered her work on Instagram.

For this collaboration, Downie’s artwork will be featured in an exclusive 40-piece Capsule Collection comprising ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, silks, and accessories. Online exclusives such as the printed GG Marmont shoulder bags, Princetown mules and Ace sneakers, tote bags with bamboo handles, printed dresses, blouses and skirts in silk, patched knitted tops, cardigans, denim skirts and jeans, tees, sweatshirts, a bomber jackets, scarves, and shawls — all of which will be packaged in Unskilled Worker’s designs.

Now head on over to Gucci.com to shop the capsule now, but the downside is that only peeps in Australia, Canada, China, Europe, Japan, South Korea, UAE, and the U.S. will have access to purchasing these goodies online.

And to top it all off, the artist has also painted a special artwork entitled Unskilled Worker’s Dreaming, available FREE for download here .
