#MFW: Prada Fall/Winter 2012-13 Bags!

The Verdict: While the Framed bags are similar to what’s already currently in Prada stores (though the ones from Spring/Summer 2012 are made of Saffiano leather), I’m not a fan of the squarish top handle bags with the flap. Well, but then again, I’m really not a fan of the entire collection. Slightly too Austin-Powers hallucinogenic induced psychedelia in terms of prints and geometric patterns — which is why I only included one of the bags in the concentric diamond-esque geometric print (there were loads more!) And while hippy chic is a good thing, this collection is too hippy and not nearly chic enough. The embellished bags with the oversized plexi “crystals” and “Bling” are just way too over the top and Diva-esque… . Less is definitely more, and in this case, MUCH LESS.
