Gucci Releases New Book For Pre-Fall 2019
Gucci has once again collaborated with film director, artist, and screenwriter Harmony Korine on a new Limited Edition book, for Pre-Fall 2019. Shot in the ancient towns of Ercolano, particularly Herculaneum and Pompeii in the Campania region of southern Italy, both of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The book showcases illustrations of the Pre-Fall 2019 collection by Korine on the front and back covers. With green edges all around the pages, the spine of the books are also designed in such a way that when 5 of them are displayed next to each other, they form a continuous image. Ech book comes in a special slipcase, also drawn by Korine.
Distributed by London-based independent publisher IDEA Books, these Limited Edition books will be dropping in early June. at select Gucci boutiques globally, as well as the Gucci Garden in Florence, and Gucci Wooster Bookstore in NYC.
