Versace’s Fall/Winter 18 Ad Campaign: The Longest Ever Advertising Image
Forget multiple campaign images, Versace has introduced a “sequel” or rather, second part to The Clans of Versace campaign that was released earlier this year for their Fall/Winter 18 Campaign, and guess what, its “the longest-ever advertising image” ever attempted before. In fact, it’s so long that it probably wouldn’t even fit as a gatefold in magazines.
Shot by Steven Miesel, the campaign stars a total of 54 models, with the original “supers” along with the new It models including the Hadid sisters, Kaia Gerber, Adut Akech, Fei Fei Sun, Imaan Hammam, Shanelle Nyasiase, and Gisele Fox, to name a few. This certainly doesn’t come as a surprise, because after all, it was Gianni who practically created “supermodels” back in the 90s. Oh and the brand has also released a video reminding us how to pronounce “Versace”, which is often mispronounced as “Ver-sa-chee”..
