Longchamp’s Fall/Winter 19 Campaign Starring Kendall Jenner
Kendall Jenner reprises her role as the face of Longchamp‘s Spring/Summer 2020 ad campaign. Entitled “La Voyageuse”, the campaign showcases the bag of the season, which bears the same name, which you’ve already seen right here.
Shot by Mikael Jansson, Kendall is dressed in the season’s Seventies-inspired collection featuring blouses with pussy bows, flirty miniskirts, and leopard prints. Oh and those strips with the triangular motif that you see on the floor? That was from the show’s runway, which was a tribute to the carpet designed by Andrée Putman for the Concorde that flew between Paris and New York, which is symbolic of Longchamp’s staging of their runway shows at New York Fashion Week. After all, the collection is all about the jet-set lifestyle.
La Voyageuse is a woman who loves to travel, who is always on the move, and who feels a real thrill as she prepares to set off. It was that state of mind I wanted to explore. For me, it was more important than the destination. ~ Creative Director Sophie Delafontaine ~
