Emmy-nominated actress Emilia Clarke from Game of Thrones is the face of Dior’s Rose des Vents jewellery collection. Shot by Patrick Demarchelier, it’s the first time that Clarke has collaborated with a luxury brand.

Essentially a medallion-typed jewel, Creative Director of Dior Joaillerie Victoire de Castellane comments that:

Rose des Vents, the wind rose, is also a metaphor for creation. Creating is about searching, turning things over, and then finding one’s cardinal point and setting off on a journey. Creation is the product of a stationary voyage

Though styled in a such a way to make Clarke look like she is wearing a multi-layered necklace, she is actually photographed wearing several short and long necklaces in yellow and rose gold, diamonds, white mother-of-pearl and pink opal.

Though I love chunky jewellery and the Medallion is anything but, my favourite would have to be the Medallion bracelets, because it’s perfect to layer the wrist with so you get a perfect dainty arm stack 😉
