Bottega Veneta’s Fall/Winter 2011-12 Ad Campaign

Bottega Veneta collaborates with world-renowned photographer Robert Polidori for their Fall/Winter 2011-12 Ad Campaign. Shot on location in March this year at the Palazzo Papadapoli (a 16th Century building situated on the Grand Canal in Venice).

Polidori’s body of work focuses on the aftermath of natural disasters such as the Chernobyl oil spill, Castro’s Havana, and the legacy of war in Beirut. In 2006, the Metropolitan Museum of Art commissioned Polidori to capture the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. He is currently a staff photographer for The New Yorker and his works are exhibited in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), the Los Angeles Country Museum of Art, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London (V&A), and Bibliotheque Nationale in Paris.
