Gucci’s Holiday Collection to Benefit UNICEF

As we all know, Gucci has an affiliation with UNICEF. And everytime the Holiday season (aka Christmas) comes around, Gucci comes up with a collection, with some of the proceeds going to UNICEF. This year marks Gucci’s 5th Anniversary of the Gucci Campaign to Benefit UNICEF.

2 years ago, it was the Limited Edition Christmas Bears by Gucci, last year, it was the Tattoo Hearts collection. This year, Gucci collaborates with author and illustrator Michael Roberts, for some small accessories like pochettes and keyfobs, along with Roberts’s book, titled “Snowman in Africa”, for which 100% of the retail price will be donated to UNICEF, specifically children and orphans who have in one way or another, been affected by HIV/AIDS. All items for UNICEF collection are on sale from November 16th to December 31st 2009.
