V Day Gift Guide: Valentino Garavani’s Rockstud Spike Heart

Ya’ll know that I’m a total Valentino fangirl. Though I didn’t like the Rockstud Spike at first, it really grew on me, especially after I tried it on. Studs aside, what I love most about the bag is the top handle that slides downwards. I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned this before, but one of my pet peeves is when a bag comes with a long shoulder/crossbody strap but its handles aren’t collapsible – such a turnoff! So my dears, this is why the Rockstud Spike scores major plus points in my books – the handle not only lays flat but the way it rests atop the bag’s flap totally changes its look altogether!

You might’ve already sensed my excitement and enthusiasm over this crucial (well, to me) factor, so you can probably imagine when I saw the Rockstud Spike with a Heart I had to feature it as one of my Valentine’s Day gifting suggestions. Though this is actually part of the Maison’s Spring/Summer 18 collection, I thought the colours, and the heart seem pretty fitting for Hearts Day, don’t you think? *insert heart eyes emoji*
