Jeremy Scott is no stranger to Longchamp… In fact, I’m sure most of us still remember several of the iconic Le Pliage bags he put his stamp on: the boot print, capsule-covered print, the illustrated “Bones”, telephones, multicolour keyboard, postcard, tricolour popsicles, and the list goes on.

For Winter 2018, Scott has designed he returns with the Le Pliage Neon. Supposedly Scott’s interpretation of furry monsters lurking in the shadows, they don’t look remotely intimidating at all, especially in these flourescent faux fur tufts, unless he was thinking of the Nickelodeon cartoon Aaahh Real Monsters! … but then again, they were hardly scary either. Hm, perhaps Le Pliage Pom-Pom would be a more befitting name for the bag?
