Gucci has launched a new Do It Yourself (DIY) personalisation service that allows you to customise your Ophidia tote and Ace Sneaker. Choose from the new Gucci DIY alphabet, either in leather, crocodile, python, or felt with crystal studded upper case letters.

For the tote, these alphabets can be appliquéd on either. or both, if you like, sides, of the bag. On the Ace sneaker, you can have one letter per shoe. affixed with button-on patches, in a variety of material and colour combinations, including bright green, yellow, pink, or black in leather, green or dark natural yellow python, shiny fuchsia or gold silk nappa, or black felt with crystals. The DIY signature can be found on the insoles of the shoes, and on the interior lining of the bags.

And, to see how the alphabets would look like on the shoes and the bag, the House has created a dedicated tool on the website which allows you to view virtual images of how your personalised Gucci DIY products would turn out.  As with most Gucci capsule or special collections, the new DIY accessories will come with a dedicated packaging printed with ABCDEFGucci.

The collection has launched online on the official website and at Gucci’s Wooster Space in NYC, and will be made available at other Gucci boutiques in September this year.
