The Verdict: For Miu Miu’s Spring/Summer 2013 bags, Miuccia seemed to have taken the monochromatic trend and applied it to the bags because there really weren’t any bags in other colours, well, except for one or 2 in beige. Glazed calf leather dominates the SS12 runway and the “Coffer” gets  a reinterpretation. The Miu Miu girl also seems to have grown up a little, with the appearance of more Lady Chic top handle bags that are certainly office-friendly. Well, one thing’s for sure, I prefer this to Prada’s Spring/Summer 2013, but it still lacks the ‘wow’ factor.
