Burberry’s Title Bag
Burberry Creative Director Riccardo Tisci takes the minimalist route with the introduction of the Title Bag, which first made its debut on the Fall/Winter 19 runway. Along with this new bag, is a new house code, which pays homage to Burburry’s vintage military bag from the archives. This really doesn’t come as a surprise because after all, Thomas Burberry created the trench coat, which got its name because it was literally a gabardine coat that soldiers wore in the trenches, during the Second World War.
The Title Bag‘s most distinctive feature is the row of studs – three, to be exact – that we see on both styles from the collection. The structured trapezoid-shaped tote comes in 3 sizes (small, medium, and large), is a chic work bag that’s exudes both equal elegance, and the Lady Boss vibe simultaneously. Available in colours like black, bright red, and of course, the House’s signature honey hue, a lizard-embossed leather, as well as a new material known as e-canvas, made from renewable resources.
The other style, is a cute crossbody silhouette, also with the 3 studs across the front pocket’s flap, that comes with both a small handle and crossbody strap.
