Gossip Girl is coming to a close, and we’re at the second-last episode! Boohoo! 🙁 

Now, here are all the bags from this week’s (Season 6 Episode 9) episode, “The Revengers”

I don’t have a full screenshot of Georgina and the bag that was resting on her shoulder when she accompanied Dan to the Upper East Side when he went house-hunting, but I’ve seen the spikes on her shoulder, which was a dead giveaway so here’s the bag! … Christian Louboutin’s Spiked Artemis Shoulder Bag in watersnake. Next, Serena was spotted with Burberry’s Ribbed Shoulder bag from Burberry Prorsum’s Autumn/Winter 2011 collection (shown below in a different colour). Because it’s a year old, it’s no longer available. I have to say though, I really don’t know why the Gossip Girl stylists picked an off-season bag like this one. 

And here we have Serena with the Valentino Rockstud Top Handle Frame bag in Prune patent leather from the current Fall/Winter 2012 collection that’s currently in stores. This particular bag was seen on numerous occasions this season on Blair here and the embroidered version here. The black calf leather version is available at Nordstrom

For Serena’s party look, she was spotted with a python and Mother of Pearl detailed chevron clutch by Emm Kuo from the Spring 2013 collection. The minaudiere will be available for sale on Monday, 17th December on Moda Operandi! 

Up next, we have Blair, for whom, seems to be a very Bulgari episode (bag-wise). 

First she was seen toting the “Leoni” motif Top Handle bag in calf leather from the Bulgari’s current Fall/Winter 2012 collection. I’ve included the bag in another colour below, but I still prefer the one on Blair’s arm in Aubergine.

Lastly, Blair was seen with the Bulgari’s satin evening frame clutch with beaded floral details and enamelled frame details at Bart Bass’s “Man of the Year” party. The bag can be viewed here, but prices aren’t available online because it’s only purchasable directly from the Bulgari store. 

The Verdict: 

Fave Bag in this Episode: Well, I have to say that I don’t particularly fancy any of the bags in this episode. Which was YOUR fave?

Favourite Moment: When Dan was making his introductory speech at Bart’s “Man of the Year” event, with Bart in the background ready to come onto the stage, and then Dan said “Charles Bass” followed by the shocked look on Bart’s face because he thought that Chuck had died on the way to Moscow, like he planned.

OMG Moment: 
When Bart said that Chuck was dealing with substance abuse, but of course the BIGGEST OMG moment was the end of the episode, when Bart slipped and couldn’t hang onto the railing any longer, and fell over!

That said, I can’t believe the last episode is going to be the last. Gossip Girl is going to be exposed, and I’m excited to see who it is! Can’t wait for next week, but then again, next week will be the finale. No more Gossip Girl! Argh! Love-hate situation 🙁
