Brit luxe leather goods label Mulberry has named a bag after Alexa Chung, English TV Presenter, model and socialite, who hosts It’s On With Alexa Chung on MTV. This move was inspired when Mulberry Creative Director Emma Hill spotted Alexa Chung with an old Mulberry men’s briefcase called the Elkington. Unbeknownst to her (well before Mulberry named the bag after her of course) Alexa, has, without a doubt, become a muse to luxury labels.

Making its debut in this year’s Spring/Summer 2010 collection, the ‘Alexa’ comes in both regular and oversized sizes (including a clutch), and the price point for this is between $950 (summer tweed) to $1595 (oversized lambskin with snakeskin trims).
