Who doesn’t love a pop of colour when travelling? RIMOWA has released 2 new colours for its Essential suitcase, inspired by Thailand’s floating markets, one of which, is in a bright and citrusy and orange hue known as Mango, and aptly so, because Thailand is known for their mangoes, which are also one of their staples in many of their beloved dishes, from curries and salads, to desserts. The other colour is christened Bamboo, a soft shade of pastel green , as homage to this locally grown grass, used in everything from construction scaffolding, to its cuisine. And, just like the other bags from the Essential range, each element on the case – the handle, zipper, badge, and wheel housing – are all matched to the colour on the bag, tone-on-tone style, for a seamless, monochromatic appearance.

Available in 3 sizes (Cabin, Check-In L and Trunk Plus), these Essential cases in Mango and Bamboo are now available globally in RIMOWA boutiques.
