The Verdict: Just like Chloe, which is in between designers at the moment, Dior is still without a Creative Director after John Galliano’s sacking in March this year. So, the Dior atelier (again, like Chloe) was tasked with designing the brand’s Resort 2012 collection. Because of this, the bags from Resort 2012 mainly consist of Dior’s existing shapes and styles: the Lady Dior, the New Lock, and a simple clean tote bag. Love the hues of blues and turquoises in this collection. Very Hamptons indeed. I haven’t been loving Dior bags for a long time, but this time, J’Adore! <3
