It’s no secret that I’m a fan of bright colours, and this flourescent yellow striped bag by Proenza Schouler is definitely a fresh pop of colour for the Spring/Summer season, especially more so after that cold and bitter winter weather. Besides, stripes are all the rage this season anyway! I love that the handle seems to be attached the wrong way onto the bag (no it’s not a defect), which might make it seem rather unnecessary to some and not at all useful, apart from it being a novelty which functions as nothing more than a handle detail of sorts on the bag. Certainly very clever and fashion-forward. Kudos to Hernandez and McCullough!
