Known for curating a selection of the best British luxury brands, Brit multi-label designer boutique House of Fraser carries brands like Michael Kors, Lulu Guinness, Vivienne Westwood, Michael Kors, and DKNY, to name a few. 
For this season, here are some two of my favourites from their Autumn/Winter 2013 selection. 

Apart from her quirky and whimsical bags, Lulu Guinness is best known for her 3D lips-shaped clutches. This season, the lips, have been toned down (not to mention, scaled down in size) to just an accent on the bag, in the form of a clasp. Yet, when it’s paired with a leopard printed envelope clutch, it takes it from an ordinary and common leopard-printed bag, to one that is fun, in a significantly Lulu Guinness fashion. For those who don’t like anything too quirky, this envelope clutch would be perfect to make your LBD pop. Available for £375

Vivienne Westwood, known for her punk aesthetic and her use of tartan for her accessories, especially on the bags, has a rather interesting piece for Autumn/Winter 2013. Her signature “Dome” bag has been artfully enveloped in tartan (yep, envelopes are certainly the theme for this blogpost :D), making the bag looks as if it’s part-flower and part-muffler/scarf that comes off as slightly avant-garde, as far as bag silhouettes go. Available for £335/436 Euros
