Chanel minaudières have been highly sought after limited edition pieces. In fact, it’s always the highlight of each Chanel runway show every season, encapsulating the collection’s theme perfectly.

This Ski Gondola Minaudière or, more familiarly known known as cable cars, from the ski resort themed Fall/Winter 19 collection is made of resin, with silver tone hardware and strass speckled all over the darling evening bag. Look closely, and you’d notice “coco ♥” and the interlocking Cs logo on its frosted windows, made to look as if they’ve been “drawn” onto the fogged up windows with your finger. Such great attention to detail, don’t you think? Each of these comes with a detachable chain shoulder strap, and is available in either black, turquoise, or white, and of course, along with a hefty price tag. But, pricey or not, it’s definitely one that is record-breaking, in terms of demand – Chanel collectors have been scrambling to get their manicured talons on, especially because it was Karl’s last collection for Chanel, before his passing.
