RIMOWA Introduces New Colours For Polycarbonate Essential Cases

RIMOWA introduces its first ever collection of vibrantly coloured polycarbonate Essential suitcases in 2 new colours. This new “hip and happening” vibe is in line with its new brand identity, having recently becoming a part of LVMH, and yes, hence its slew of collaborations which include the Alex Israel Limited Edition ombré edition , Dior, Off-White, and the most recently, Supreme.

The newest colourways to be added to the Essential range, are Coral, inspired by Pink Lake in Western Australia, and Sage, reminiscent of the various hues of green of the Lake District in northeast England (one of my favourite places in the world, which is also home to the Beatrix Potter museum). The suitcase is matched to a T,  with handle, zipper, badge, and even its wheel housing, entirely in either Coral or Sage, for a tone-on-tone, solid-coloured look. Available in 3 sizes – the Cabin, Chek-In M and Check-in L – polycarbonate wheelies are not just super cool and fresh in such citrusy hues, but what’s even better, is that you can spot your luggage from afar, as it comes around the luggage carousel. Also, the bonus point is that certainly no one would dare steal your luggage that comes in such a bold and striking colour 😉
