First thing that came to mind when I saw this Pochette — it looks like an artichoke keyfob. Perhaps as a bag charm/keyfob, it ain’t really that bad because I mean, after all, Vuitton’s S/S 2010 collection had David Crockett-like racoon tails dangling from its bags. But really, as a Pochette? That’s a whole different story altogether. It won’t just look like you’re carrying an artichoke around, but an “exotic” artichoke that is made of coque and emu feathers. A question that plagues me is whether you’ll even find the zipper opening amongst all that feathers? At $2,195 a pop, this Feathered Bracelet Pochette by Raven Kaufmann via Vivre, it’s A LOT of money to fork out on feathers, emu or no emu, champagne-and-caviar bred emus or otherwise.
