In fact, the artist’s work was also incorporated into 2 of the Fall/Winter 17 ready-to-wear runway pieces, which showcased her signature phrases, which also appeared on Michele’s t-shirt, which said “I want to go back to believing a story”, when he took his post-show bow.
This collaboration has evolved into a special collection that showcases her witty cynicisms that can be found on a selection of tote-backpacks, waist pouches, sweatshirts, T-shirts, hoodies, knits, and coats, all of which are unisex. The classic and now iconic signature red-green web stripe and interlocking GG logo also feature prominently in this collection, along with Capitáns slogans, “Common Sense Is Not That Common”, “I Want to Go Back To Believing A Story”, “What Are We Going To Do With All This Future?”, and “Tomorrow Is Not Yesterday”.
Stay tuned for the advertising campaign featuring these special items by Coco Capitán at the end of this month!
