A couple of days ago, over the weekend, David Beckham was in Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands to meet and greet 5 lucky winners who participated in the “Unlocking The Vault to Meet David Beckham” Facebook contest. Incidentally, that was also the start of  the “Celebrities Give Back to Singapore” charity auction. Other celebrities include Eva Longoria, Rain (*cue screaming fans which I can already hear right now in my head*),  Zhang Ziyi, Wang Lee Hom (*cue more screams*),  Rio Ferdinand, Jackie Chan, David’s missus Victoria Beckham, and several others.

While David contributed a signed pair of football boots, Rain presented a Limited Edition MCM Studded Backpack in Pink, and Victoria donated a total of 3 items from her fashion label – a black A Line Dress, sunglasses, and her hexagonal chain bag.

All these items can be viewed near the concierge next to the Skating Ring at The Shoppes, until 3 August. The items will all be auctioned at The Business Times Dream Ball on 1 August.
