I first laid eyes upon this beauty at the Bottega Veneta Store Opening event last month. This foldover oversized clutch with turnlock detail something new for Bottega Veneta. Of course, their knot clutches are unparalleled, but I thought this was quite cute too! Of course, for those of you know know me, no surprises there, the first thing that I was attracted to was its colour (it’s available in Black and a Vermillion-esque shade too if you’re not a fan of this one)! However, the downside to it is that it simply isn’t very roomy. Once you open it, there is a zipper on a full-leathered panel that opens into a quite frankly, flat compartment leaving one quite little room to put your stuff in. Granted, we shouldn’t be stuffing our clutches full of stuff, but this one is really quite tight in terms of space. If you try putting more in it, the clutch you’d have problems folding it over and fastening the closure. A shame though, because it’s so pretty.
