New Hermès FW15 Bags for both Men and Women
Besides the iconic Birkin and Kelly bags along with the more readily available Constance, Jypsiere and Garden Party, Hermès also introduces a selection of new bags each season. From the Fall/Winter 15 collection, one such bag is the Farming Clouté bag for women. Okay, now most of you who know me would have guessed the main reason I picked this to feature right here on the blog. Yup, it’s because i’m a MASSIVE studs fan. Though the name of this bag isn’t quite as appealing, this structured cylindrical beauty certainly doesn’t fall short. In fact, it’s a reissue of a model created way back in 1954, but with a new rockstar vibe that most certainly stands out amongst all the other Hermès classics.
And, for the guys, say hello to the latest addition to the “City” line of man bags. The new Cabacity 45 comes with a nice surprise that we don’t usually see in men’s bags – a 2-in-1 kind of bag! This roomy structured cowhide and bull calf tote comes with a removable supple leather drawstring bag that can be attached on the interior of the bag just by snapping it in!
In short, this Cabacity 45 is all about contrast! And by contrast, I don’t mean in terms of colour, but juxtaposition: big vs small, structured vs slouchy, attachable vs detachable. Oh, and the inner shoulder bag is also rather unisex, don’t you think! Women have been borrowing from their boyfriends’/husbands’ closet for decades, so why not add this to the list? 😉
