We first caught wind of  FENDI‘s Mon Trésor Bucket Bags during the Spring/Summer 2018 runway show in September. I remember saying that I loved this bag best, especially the one with the whipstitched details. None of these versions featured here in this post though, but still, no less cutesy, I’d say.

I guess my love affair with the bucket happened quite accidentally because I never actually considered myself a fan before. But, after having issues with my back last year, and being forced to downsize my bags to only minis, the bucket became one of my staple everyday bags. After using it for some time, I realised that despite it being a mini, this silhouette is roomiest out of all the mini bags I’ve tried. Their wide circular bases make them extremely practical *gasps*, especially when I need to carry a bit more stuff with me, on errand runs. Being a mini, the Mon Trésor right here, is no exception.

This darling little bucket comes in a vast array of colours, from green, yellow, and periwinkle (my favourite shade of blue!), to more classic colours like black, beige, and white. Each of these babies come with a drawstring fastening, and not one, but two, detachable shoulder straps – one long, and the other, in a shorter length – so you have the option of wearing it either on the shoulder, or crossbody-style. You’d also find the new Fendi logo charm (that’s the inverted F encased in a circle) dangling from its side.
