Bulgari has debuted the new Oasis Collection for Fall/Winter 2021, comprising the Serpenti shoulder, top handle, and bucket bags, along with the debut of a new logo tote. With the Serpenti, metamorphosis is always its central theme, and for the first time ever, the iconic Serpenti Forever bag is reinterpreted in raffia, with striking leather piping in either Lavender Amethyst, Carmine Jasper, or Black providing a fun pop of colour, and is finished off with raffia fringing all around the edges for a playful touch.

At first, one might think that the use of this material is kinda unexpected, but at the same time, it isn’t really that surprising either, because raffia is after all, an organic material derived from the leaves of the Palmyra palm tree, thus making it at one with nature, just like the serpent. And, if you’re worried that raffia may be coarse or unkind to more delicate materials such as your silk dresses and blouses, that’s not going to happen at all, thanks to the use of a special braiding processes that makes the raffia soft and pleasant to the touch.

Available in 2 iterations, the Serpenti Forever with a thin jewel-inspired chain, and the Serpenti Diamond Blast, with a detachable top handle and thick gold chain strap,, as well as a thinner jewel inspired chain. Our favourite, however, would definitely have to be the bucket bag, because we just adore the tassels.

Though part of the Fall/Winter 2021 collection, it’s so summer appropriate that it’s now available at Bulgari boutiques globally, and on the official website!
