Miuccia took to the great outdoors with her Men’s Spring/Summer 17 collection. From guys in outerwear and windbreakers, to turtlenecks paired with collared 2-piece suits paired with hats and huge nylon backpacks with shoes dangling from them, boxers as outerwear, water bottles dangling from the straps of backpacks as well as carabiners – these are are the stuff the men’s SS17 RTW collection are made of. The Women’s Resort collection, on the other hand, was made up of super fun cutesy prints, but with an assortment of windbreakers and several printed nylon pouches hanging off their oversized camping-styled backpacks, there too, was a distinct outdoorsy vibe. Oh and stiletto pumps with appliqué flowers and lips, too, “accessorised” the leather  totes!

Totes were structured and semi-structured, some with an accordion-style silhouette (shoulder bags included), while others sported a colour-blocked chevron motif on top, which kinda reminded me of the teepees-motifs of the Native Americans. My favourites were definitely these, oh, and the lips stilettos!
