While a lot of brands are doing rat-themed bags and tees, Louis Vuitton has decided to do something a little different. The Maison’s rat motif for Chinese New Year comes in the form of SLGs, or well, key chains that morph into charms, and earphones/Airpods case, to be precise. While all of them may have the key fob/bag charm in common, what’s totally different on each of these, are the way each of them looks: we have the Vuittonite rat in Monogram Graphite, a cutesy white leather  Vuitonette mouse with its very own Keepall and classic monogram on the back, and the earphones case complete with protruding ears which may also be used as a coin pouch too, in a combo of white leather, and the classic Monogram Canvas. SLGs aside, there’s also a porcelain rat box (also with its own Keepall) with (to me) a distinct Japanese vibe, decorated with monogram flowers which may be used to store jewellery, or as a decorative item to prettify your table with.

It’s refreshing how the folks at Vuitton have decided to do something different instead of rat-themed bags like the other brands, don’t you think?
