FENDI's Peekaboo Project in Hong Kong

Since its launch in 2014, FENDI's Peekaboo Project, is an exhibition in which the Maison partners with notable personalities from their respective home countries to design their very own Peekaboo bags. For this Hong Kong leg held at The Landmark, the Maison has selected singer and actress Joey Yung and Taiwanese singer, songwriter, dancer, and actress Jolin Tsai - both of whom have worked very closely with Silvia Venturini Fendi and the FENDI Studio to bring their vision to life. Their designs, including 6 pieces from the previous China Peekaboo Project by Liu Wen, actress Angelababy, Olympic diving champion Guo Jingjing presenter Yang Lang, artist Liang Yuanwei and Oscar's Best Art Direction winner Tim Yip, along with Adele and Cara Delevingne's from the London Peekaboo project, Anna Dello Russo's, are also part of this exhibition.

These Peekaboo bags created by Joey Yung and Jolin Tsai were auctioned on FENDI's official website, with proceeds going to a charity organisation of each participant's choice: Hong Kong Cancer Fund for Joey Yung, and for Jolin Tsai, the Prader-Will Syndrome Association (PWSA).

“We are excited to finally bring the Peekaboo Project to Hong Kong, especially working with such talented icons in their own fields who embody FENDI with their strong personalities. Such initiative does not only allow these people to customize the Peekaboo of their dreams, but it will also help raise valuable funds for the charities they have chosen, which is something we strongly believe in,” states Silvia Venturini Fendi

In conjunction with this exhibition, a limited collection of Peekaboo bags in exotic skins, as well as the mini Peekaboo, and latest Peekaboo Essentials, will make their debut, including a unique model in dégradé tone, candy hues, and in-lay craftsmanship of colourful mink of the mini Peekaboo. Those who visit the exhibition will also find a special digital Made-to-Order area, which allows them to virtually create and design their very own Peekaboo.
