Gaga fans rejoice! Tiffany & Co. has just announced Lady Gaga as the new face of Tiffany's latest Legendary Style Campaign. This campaign showcases a new collection, Tiffany HardWear - a collection of 18 karat gold and sterling silver jewellery which takes inspiration from a unisex bracelet from the 1971 Tiffany archives.
Behind-the-Scenes shots these may be, but don't you think she's seems like such a different person here? Never have I seen Gaga look so demure, elegant, and ladylike with hair slicked back in a chignon with such a quiet confidence about her, and nothing at all like the Mother Monster known for her theatrical antics.
Caroline Naggiar, chief brand officer of Tiffany & Co. comments,
"For more than 180 years, the world's chicest women have chosen Tiffany jewellery as a powerful expression of who they are. This campaign celebrates Tiffany's rich legacy and the modernity of Tiffany style. Lady Gaga, and her originality, creativity and courage, reflects the spirit of this collection"
"In New York, you're born knowing that Tiffany is the best, and that it is where the magic happens. The Brand is definitive and iconic, yet continues to push and evolve with the times. To me, Tiffany represents timeless American jewellery" - Lady Gaga -
Shot by David Sims, the campaign film was creative directed by Tiffany's in-house team, in collaboration with Grace Coddington.
Now here's a short docu-film directed by R.J. Cutler (director of The September Issue)behind the making of the Fall 2016 campaign, featuring Grace Coddington
