Although sporting similar oversized buckle details, this Burberry's latest addition, the Buckle Bag, is not to be confused with its predecessor, the Patchwork bag. While both are one-of-a-kind pieces which utilise a unique combination of leathers and exotic skins, the Buckle was introduced on the runway as part of the September 2016 Collection (yes, the Orlando-themed one presented at London Fashion Week). Now how do you tell them apart? Let me make it easier for you: the distinguishing features of the Buckle bag are chunky chain strap, and the 3-dimensional folds reminiscent of ruffs (think: Elizabethan collars), which, with the buckle clasp, remind me of a bow on the flap of the bag.
Oh, and did I mention that you could also use it as a clutch if you don't like the strap?
