Ah, the bag that I was quite smitten over when I saw it come down Dior's Fall/Winter 16 runway during the show that was put together by the Dior Atelier while in-between designers after Raf Simons's departure has finally been revealed! Named as the "Runway" Bag, I believe it's the first time a Dior bag doesn't have "Dior" in its name - if you think about it, this has always been the trend: Lady Dior, Miss Dior, Diorissimo, Be Dior, UltraDior, Dior Bubble, Diorama, Diorever. Anyway, love how this seems like a rectangular version of the Lady Dior with a thicker, and sportier strap, but yet the embroidered and sequinned versions are also more intricate, with a meticulous, and almost couture-like treatment. Apart from the elaborate ones, they're also available in the leather signature Cannage motif sort, and an array of exotic skins.
I certainly can't wait to check out the embroidered pieces when they launch in stores this Fall! Can you? ;)
