Bottega Veneta Spring/Summer 2012: Men’s Bags

From clean and minimalist, to fun and ultra-modern, Bottega Veneta’s Spring/Summer 2012 collection has something for every guy out there.

Just like Bottega’s women’s SS12 collection featured yesterday, the men’s line has the same philosophy:  Contrast and Texture.

For the globe-trotting guy, these duffel bags are perfect to as carry-on luggage for the plane

And for the more hip and cool man who isn’t afraid of colours and colour-blocking, there are these bags that could work well as document/laptop  bags. Although it might be a little too loud “out there” for the corporate workplace, this would be appropriate for a guy who is in PR & Fashion, or even for use as a weekend bag. If the colours are too scary, opt for the more earthy combination in the photo above.

I love the colour combos on this bag. In fact, I think this could very well work for the woman too, provided it comes in a smaller size! Major love for this one!

And lastly, we have the man clutch, which again, is all about contrast – smooth against woven and croc against the classic weave. Perhaps this would be slightly more appealing for the more conventional man.
