The Verdict: There are no words to describe Miu Miu’s F/W 2010 collection other then OMG!!! And I totally mean this in a bad way. Compared to its tasteful, yet whimsical S/S 2010 collection with cut-out bird details, this collection appears garish in comparison. From the bright orange and pale purple patent bags to the collection’s “showstopper” bag with the 3D floral embellishments (the bag is showstopping indeed, but for all the wrong reasons!), this collection is really baffling, and I am left speechless as a result. The bags with the oversized turnlock closures would’ve otherwise been alright if it was in leather instead of patent as the patent makes the bags look plasticky, cheap and tacky.
